I, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just privileged. I should not have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and
1. Investor should be able to choose the public investments that are right for them and their family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
2. Leveraged and inverse funds are important part of investments or seek enhanced returns and if used them as a limited part of your overall portfolio return.
Freedom to evaluate my own risk tolerance and invest in leveraged or inverse funds as registered securities on listed exchanges is the essence of a free market. I abhor the idea of more regulation vs less and strongly oppose proposed regulation that would inhibit my abilty, my liquidity and freedom to choose such investments.

I want to keep my right to invest using the TD Ameritrade. I will be able to choose the public investment that are right for me and my family. Thanks.
I use leverage to build capitol. With the exception of the January, February 2022 pivot in the market I have done very well in leveraged accounts. I consider my Pro Share investment an important part of my investment strategy. Changes or restrictions could materially negatively affect my investment.
I am against any restriction on my ability (opportunity) to participate on an equal basis with other investors. I am an avid reader and an active investor and feel very capable of managing my own affairs. I have worked with money managers and 401K restrictions in the past and found they were limiting and unable to generate the returns I can investing myself. I see no reason to place restrictions
