I oppose this proposal. Regulators should not limit my ability to use these types of products.

Let the consumers choose what they want. Stop trying to over-regulate. If you want to protect consumers then ask for more Disclosures and provide fiduciary requirements but stop telling people what they can and cant do. You just make it expensive for everyone except the richest.

I have used these products in the past and hope they will be available in the future. Every investor should due their due diligence with any investment. Restricting investments/speculation in this type of product is not equitable to every investor.
We can handle our own investing and risk taking, its ok if I got to the casino and lose my house but it's not ok for me to invests in things I see fit, so is it really about the investing or control over my life or stoping ability to build wealth.
