I understand that these and all investments carry a risk and it is my responsibility to investigate the risk and judge what part of my assets I am able to risk. To limit my ability to invest in all products, including leveraged and inverse funds, also limits my ability to participate in the gains, when available. These
Look FINRA, I can decide the right type of investments for me. I'm have made a large sum of $$ on complex investment vehicles and leveraged index ETFs. I don't need you to tell me where I can and cannot invest.
Yes, I am one of the privileged, but that doesn't mean that I should be permitted to invest in equities that other less fortunate and educated people

I should be the one to decide what I want to invest in. There shouldnt be tests or exams to determine this first. Crypto currency is an important part of my investing strategy. Dont hurt the small time, working class Americans with these restrictions.
I oppose the proposed restrictions to leveraged and inverse funds as well as other investment strategies that are considered "risky." The primary reason I use options are to minimize my risk because I have to invest in the market. Let the buyer beware and suffer or reap the rewards of their own investment decisions.
I am a retail investor with over 10 years experience and can clearly understand the risks involved. You can certainly enforce that a disclaimer is read and understood before trading, but limiting our choice will just artificially distort the market.

Although there could be down side of these funds, risk does exist and it is considered.
