Leveraged and inverse funds might be risky, but the investor is responsible for managing their risk. NOT THE GOVERNMENT!!!
Please allow private investor the ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds
It is OK to make me sign a document saying I understand these tools/structures/instruments are risky.
But preventing me from investing in such tools is out of the question. I am a grown up man, in his right mind, and I should be allowed to make my choices, some riskier than others, as long as I do not harm anyone else while doing so.
My ability to invest in leveraged & inverse funds shall not be limited.
The Fund Analyzer offers information on over 30,000 mutual funds, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), and Exchange Traded Notes (ETNs).
I am an individual trader that uses leveraged and inverse funds to help finance my retirement. I have used these funds since I retired some 4-1/2 years ago. I understand the risks of these funds as it is stated directly on the trading platform that I use, TD Ameritrade. I do not believe that over-regulating these funds that assist individual traders in building wealth to be the correct approach

Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I have used leveraged ETFs prudently and as short term trades to increase my returns and wealth. I have used
Please do not take away my ability to use leveraged pro shares instruments. I use these occasionally in my overall investment strategy.
Please do not limit my rights to invest where I see fit.
Leveraged and Inverse funds are important to my investment strategy and I urge you not to restrict their use. These funds provide important tools for hedging portfolios that were not available to the average investors prior to there creation.
Thank you for taking this into consideration.
Sincerely,
Thomas Browns
