I as an American citizen should have access to these products, not left only for the rich. The entire stock market is a complex beast, but with research there are many tools to become more informed. I am capable of making my own informed decisions. We as small investors should not have to jump through hoops that others do not. There are already so many restrictions and we should not have any more

Leveraged ETF and similar products should most definitely NOT BE ALLOWED AT ALL in individual retirement accounts. These products have cost me tens of thousands of dollars in losses. They are absolutely toxic and should not in any way be allowed in any form in individual retirement accounts, period.

It is my understanding that FINRA is trying to limit peoples ability in invest in leveraged an short leveraged ETF's. Are we being forced to lock in losses on our portfolio? It will be a huge disincentive to invest (raise capital) in American business if investors do not have the ability to be short. Why would anyone be long stocks?
