In a free market people are allowed to short the market. Inverse ETFs are a much-needed product for people who don't want to use margin and don't want to short and want to leave it to the professionals to short. Free markets go up and down and any investor or Trader should have the ability to buy and sell based on technical analysis. To disallow inverse and triple inverse ETFs
please, leave it as is, do not make our lives harder!! these instruments give us some kind of security when markets are falling. It's important for me to have this opportunity to invest in these instruments, it can save me a lot and make a profit and from profit I pay taxes which is good for country. So everyone wins!

I use leveraged/inverse ETFs to hedge my portfolio. I don't need to partake in any special process or pass any tests to do so, and I don't appreciate the nanny state trying to limit my access to ANY investment, wise or not.

I expect to have the freedom to invest my money in the public investments of my choice. I shouldn't need to go thru any special process or measures being suggested by FINRA. As a average investor I feel informed and aware enough on the risks of these investments as such and should not need to prove that to anyone.
