A majority of my net worth is in Bitcoin. The little that remains in the legacy system hangs by a thread - for tax benefit. Though I ask myself, is it worth it? That I must write to a 3rd party, begging for permission regarding my own money. Is it really our money if we need your permission? Is it really money if it can be printed arbitrarily.

We investors have the right to decide which equities, funds, bonds, etc we want to buy and sell -- this should not change. Yes, clear information needs to be provided to us by brokers, funds, cryptocurrencies, etc.
I feel it is very important for retail investors to have the same types of ability to buy inverse and leveraged stocks that corporate investors have access to. Denying access to this type of investing would deny retail investors more equal ability to take advantage of bear markets.

I completely understand levered ETFs, and would only suggest you limit inverse ETFs. Looking at levered ETFs such as the S&P and others show a historic long bull that average investors like me cannot achieve unless I park my money in here.
