I should have the right to invest my money in any public investment I choose. I should not have to be tested or other unnecesssary requirements to purchase public investments.
I purchase these investment only when recommended by the investment new letter I follow, so they are a limited part of my investments.
When I invest in. Options I only use those at level 2, which is as high as the
Leveraged and inverse ETF are a great tool to invest for me. The volatility presents an opportunity for many investors. In fact it is individual stocks that are much, much more risky. I find it appalling and an outreach that you seek to regulate leveraged ETFs, especially ones that track the market.
To whom it may concern, I think it is an absolutely terrible idea to try and do a way with ledge leveraged and inverse ETFs which I have used for over 20 years now to protect my portfolio in times of volatility. I am a professional investor and have been in the business for over 30 years and I see no reason whatsoever why regulators should try and do away with these instruments. It is a big step
I would much prefer that this trading option be available to me. I don't do a lot with these funds mentioned, but I am studying and may use them in future trading.
Please don't take these away.
