Regulating my abilities and rights to invest as I see fit is my decision not yours. These types of moves are what would be expected from Russia or China not the USA.
Should I deem an investment appropriate for my portfolio it should be available to me not just the financially privileged. Are you trying to expand the economic gap that already exists between the wealthy and the no-so wealthy?

I feel very strongly that I be able to freely invest. It is important that I be able to invest in precious metals for example when inflation is going high. I oppose limitations on my ability to buy ProFunds.
No one should be eliminated from their right to invest. We have too many restrickions today. Don't make investing another one. People pay taxes on gains. Why mess with that too!
I dont need FINRA to tell me where to invest. Big government is a BIG mistake.
Summary
FINRA has adopted amendments to Rule 6730 (Transaction Reporting) to require members to append a modifier to a corporate bond trade that is part of a portfolio trade when reporting to FINRA’s Trade Reporting and Compliance Engine (TRACE). The amendments to Rule 6730 will take effect on May 15, 2023.

I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments, including leveraged and inverse ETFs. I also use them to hedge my positions and if you stop our use of inverse ETFs, then you are hurting me, not helping me. I should be able to choose any investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
