I am an ordinary investor, with a regular day job. I do not have time to take classes or tests or extra regulatory hoops in order to manage my portfolio, and yet I am perfectly capable of understanding that some investment vehicles are more risky than others.
As a regulatory organization, you are stepping over the line if you are stopping me from taking part in a legitimate investment fund
People don't need you to hold their hands!
I was born in the 'Land of the Free'. I don't want to die in the land of the over-regulated. If you can't make, and live by your own decisions, there is no point in living.
"Give me liberty, or give me death."
I should have the right to choose investments that I want and not be restricted by any sort of test, be it knowledge or means. Regular investors should make their own decisions on risk/benefit.
These types of financial products help insulate a portfolio against difficult times in the market and appeal to all types of investors. Please do not remove them from ready, public activity.
I wholeheartedly oppose restrictions to my right to invest without having to prove to you that I am qualified to do so. I can do what I wish with my monies.
SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15 is unnecessary and prohibitive. Levered ETF's are a great way to invest and people who use them know the risks and rewards. Investors are not stupid and understand leverage. You do not need to place obstacles in the way of anyone who chooses to use levered ETFs in their portfolio. The SEC should not have the right to tell me what investments are or are
You not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for you and your family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged
I am holding a huge position in my IRA account with TQQQ. There is no way this product can be delisted.
I am capable of knowing what the risks are.
