The Government has no right to tell us what we can invest in . All government officials seem to line there pockets from investing but the Americans are not aloud to make a little extra money to help them thru retirement. I do not need regulators to impose this measure on me or the American people.

These funds are an important part of my investing strategy, and in particular I have been able to take advantage of pricing swings in a way I wouldn't have were these funds restricted to me, resulting in gains I'd otherwise have forfeited (not to mention the benefits

I am fully aware of the risks involved in these types of funds. I urge the Regulators not to shut investors like me from leveraged funds.

I use a 2X leveraged SSO ETF for my core S&P500 holding, which frees up cash so I can trade a few small positions and hold a bit more cash. I also have used a small position in the inverse leveraged TBT bond ETF to temporarily offset my core bond ETF holdings so I don't need to sell them and then buy them back later. None of this is high risk, and taking this away would hurt
