I would like to voice my strong opinion that everyone should be allowed to choose stocks, bonds or riskier investments. I think the reason for this is partly due to many people in online discussions about stocks could eventually affect the real so called pro hedge funds that the banks fully support. Its my money to risk to lose, or profit from. Thank you, Bill Faust.
Please do not been leverage GTS there are great investment for the right people that know what theyre about I believe short selling should be banned in and option should be banned because people that go against leverage dont realize theyre going to get margin called and then they called a broker complaining meanwhile they said they knew what they were talking about and I think it should be maybe
I am writing to oppose certain proposed regulations that prevent or restrict an investor's ability to buy "complex products", including leverage or inverse financial products. Doing so would limit investors ability to chose investments and hinder their the flexibility, and ability, to enhance their financial well-being.
I OPPOSE RESTRICTION TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST.
Please continue to allow freedom in our markets!
If the irresponsible can't blow their money on these, they'll find another way - penny stocks, get rich schemes, etc. However, the responsible have spent years researching and educating themselves to responsibly and intelligently incorporate these into their portfolios. If you take these away, the responsible will have to work harder and research more for other investment
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies.
i feel that these leveraged investments are vital to me and i am capable of making my own decisions. i do not need more regulations from others to meddle in my funds.!!!!!!
Please do not restrict the public's right to buy shares of stock and/or crypto. Every one, even small investors should have the right to buy and possibly improve their life standing.
I should be able to place my money that I worked for where I want it to.America is not supposed to be a nation where the government tells me what to do with my money - if the is is passed Americans are losing a ton of their hard fought for rights- as a vet I would be very regretful that I spent my youth fighting in Iraq for my freedom only to have it slow stripped away
