Inverse ETFs and leveraged ETFs are a way for retail investors like myself to hedge against the current inflationary and recession trends in the market. Taking away these important tools will expose retail to more risk, not less.
I srongly oppose being constrained to my option to trade. They should not have been allowerd at inception. But they are here and I am very involved with them.
I have every right to where i invest my hard earned wherever i choose , i don't like restrictions on what i can put money into . This is basically rich getting richer tactics .
It is unlawful to restrict the general public from investing in leveraged or inverse funds. These funds, like most equities, carry risk of losing all principal and this is something all investors and traders are aware of with a simple acknowledgement on a disclosure. We should not have to demonstrate additional minimum qualifications to invest in these vehicles nor should they be restricted to
Do NOT limit my investment vehicles or decisions. My money. My choice. Simple.
Regarding Regulatory Notice 22-08, I am submitting my comments opposed to this proposed regulation. Limiting access to inverse and leveraged ETFs is unnecessary and only reinforces public opinion that the 'system is rigged' against the retail investor.
I have used these ETFs for short-term positions and have found the disclosures and warnings about these issues to be clear
I am very upset to learn of the proposed restrictions and limitations regarding leveraged investment products like etfs. I am a big fan of them and use them regularly. Please keep in mind that also provide safety in that only using 1/3 of my cash to purchase a 3xs leveraged etf allows me to hold 2/3 of my portfolio in cash making my portfolio move liquid than if I had 100% of my cash invested
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments.

I should nit have to go through any restrictive process such as passing a test before I can invest in public securities. And I am certainly
Dear sir/madam ! I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments. I'm capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I don't need these measures imposed on me. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. I use them as a limited part of my overall portfolio. They help me protect my investment.
We need the freedom to buy leveraged ETFs. Education should be additional not mandatory, people will learn more with practices.
