I want to retain my ability to invest in leveraged and inverse ETFs, and I know what I'm doing when I invest in these. Access should be newly restricted.
Please shutdown all these leveraged and volatility products specially the one from Proshares and Direxion. Only the fund manager knows what's going on. It's full of scam and benefits only few people. I strongly support all the restrictions imposed.
Investors should continue to have access to products that have existed for decades as there are not that many options to hedge portfolios. We need options to hedge against downside risk. Do not limit our options please.
Using leverage is the only way little money has a chance of growth
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for my future retirement years.
Do not change the way LEFT'S work. We know and understand the consequences of them good or bad. If anything change, the way options work it's essentially gambling.
I oppose the restrictions. I have a right to invest in whatever fund available to public. I only invest less than 1% of my overall asset in the leveraged funds to enhance returns. I should not go through any process of test.

Keep government out of personal investment decisions. Government cannot manage a lemonade stand so please do not think you can tell people how to invest........
As a investor I have the right to invest in what I want. To bar investing in these funds is unamerican.
