Stop trying to put so many hurdles in the way of my investing. It's fine to require a disclosure on the part of the broker and an acknowledgment of risk on my part as an investor, but any more than that is just harassment. I'm going to pass all the qualifications you are proposing. I don't need them "protecting" me.
As a small individual investor I use Levered and Inverse-Levered ETFs as part of my hedging strategy when making investments. Without access to these funds I would experience higher costs and considerable difficulty implementing hedging strategies.
I am a long term investor and not a frequent trader. I understand the risks I am taking when I invest in Levered ETFs.
I am capable of understanding the risks inherent to an investment product.
So is this public, this is the crypto age. It isn't like we little people do not know what risk is, and need a paternalistic guiding hand to prevent us from hurting ourselves.

This is outrageous. I am retired and I use leveraged and inverse funds carefully and often. They are key to my investing approach. Do not restrict access to them by small investors like me. The large institutions and hedge funds already have every advantage over us. You do not know what is best for me.
We should have the right to purchase any stock we desire.
This is an unfair and undemocratic rule that may hurt smaller investors and their ability to invest and have a good long term return. This should not go through.
