Leveraged and Inverse funds are crucial to my portfolio and it's success. If these funds are available at any level then they should be available to the general public with no restrictions. Secondly, these funds are nothing compared to the wild west of crypto currency.

I feel investors should have the right to purchase the proshares list of stocks and ETFs. It would be a hardship on investors to have their choices limited if this unfair law is passed.
