Concerns always exist regarding proper identification of candidates who are taking exams and training. A single finger imprint procedure will be added to our sign-in procedure to help address this issue.

The Web CRD Late Filing Fee Report is a monthly analysis of FINRA firms' ability to meet certain filing obligations. In accordance with FINRA rules, firms are required to submit information related to registered representatives. This report displays a firm's performance in submitting certain U4 and U5 filings in the required time frame.
The information in this report is provided to
- Short interest positions to be public knowledge, not on a website behind pay walls. - Daily reports updated to a site FREE to the public. - Reports also to include Dark Pool Data, as these unlit exchanges are seemingly used more frequently than the lit ones now. Why report on numbers that wont even be the whole picture. - Watch for laundering in crypto/other markets that allow for institutions

Buying and selling securities is actually very easy, thanks in large part to technology. It almost seems like you’re doing the buying and selling yourself, but a brokerage firm is. Any time you buy or sell securities you typically must first open a brokerage account.
I would like to express my support for FINRA's continued actions to warn investors that they may be out of their depth.
I think that such policies should be revised for the online era, however. Complex products should have category IDs or acronyms associated with their structure, and online sites for the products should be required to list the acronyms corresponding to the product. There
