I have the right to invest on whatever financial property while I am fully aware of its risk. It is unfair if the access to the rather complex investment becomes limited only to institutional investors. Please leave them as is.
This is protection from "big brother" I neither need or desire!! I am fully capable of making my investment decisions without the help of a government which is completely inept and irresponsible in its own financial matteres.

believe in "Right to Invest". Every individual in the Free world must have the "Right to Invest". Every Financial Tool & Instruments must be available for all not just the handful few.

It is unfair and manipulative for regulators to lock financial instruments behind net worth requirements and expensive exams. Wealth does not determine aptitude, and already being wealthy should not be a requirement to choose your own funds.

Investing in cryptocurrency funds, such as BITO, is important to my investment strategies to achieve my financial objectives, including by diversifying my investments as part of a balanced portfolio. It is easier to invest in ETF than in direct cryptocurrency.

Having access to leveraged ETFs is one way for normal retail investors to be able to get faster financial growth. Introducing too many restrictions on it will deny us those opportunities.

I am big on investing in leveraged funds and it has worked great towards achieving my financial goals over the past few years. I strongly insist that leverage and inverse funds be fully open to all public
