It poses a severe threat towards market fairness. It's like locking people in home because of Flu, but except rich people. Retail traders or investors should be able to freely choose whatever products that fit their trading strategies. Finance is NOT only for the rich or the privileged. We know what leveraged funds are. Also, the liquidity will be severely affected if passed.
I not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and your family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
These investments helped me pay my bills when business was down and during health issues.
I have been investing using leveraged funds, inverse funds, options contracts and futures for 30 years.

The people have these securities for long time and now that market is in correction, we can not liquidate it. In the other words, it is my own risk to take, not yours.
Investors like myself do not need the regulatory eye of FINRA to oversee and dictate what securities people can buy and sell. I oppose all restrictions on the rights and freedom to invest funds in any way people want, including leveraged and inverse funds.
FINRAs definition of complex products is broad, arbitrary, vague, and unworkable. It would be an unacceptable infringement on investors and
What you law makers should regulate is how to audit Pelosis family instead of creating hurdles for retail investors from investing a variety of ETFs.
Dear Sir/Madam, As an investor, I want to be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public not just the privileged. If I cannot trade those funds (e.g. TQQQ, SQQQ, etc) as needed, I probably have to take on a lot of loss and make huge changes to my investment strategies which also impact significantly on my
