I believe I should be able to choose investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to everyone. I shouldn't have to go through special processes to invest in public securities. I understand leveraged and inverse funds and I consider the risks each time I elect to add these funds to my individual portfolio.
Now more than ever people are expected to manage their own finances and financial planning. Taking away any free market options is ludicrous. Anyone can research leveraged and inverse funds and choose whether or not to take the risk of investing in them. Do not impose restrictions on the free market.
Hello, Please do not make it more difficult for smaller retail investors to use their hard earned money how we wish. We know the risks associated with investing in the funds that you are targeting. Retail should have equal opportunities as those with more money behind them.
It's absolutely absurd to consider inverse or leveraged funds as "complex products". The absolute maximum restrictions that should be similar to having to apply for options approval. Every broker I have used to invest in these types of funds does an excellent job explaining the risks. Imposing regulations would over-complicate it.
I utilize the type of investments I utilize. I am cognizant of risks that are inherent in trading leveraged and inverse funds. They are tools that I use when I choose. At times I use to hedge, and other times to incandescent my portfolio. I oppose any restrictions in my investment portfolio. I do not wish to lose this ability
You shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. We are perfectly capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. Don't limit our free options.
I am writing to oppose restrictions on my right to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. I use such funds as protection for my portfolio. I, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that serve my investment intentions. There is plenty of opportunity for individual investors to gain understanding of individual investments and their risks.
We shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before we can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. We are capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. We do not need these measures imposed on us!
I strongly oppose any measures to restrict my ability to choose my investments. I don't need some nanny-state regulator telling me what I can or cannot do regarding my investments. I fully understand the risk of leveraged and inverse funds--probably better than most would-be regulators.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I oppose any restrictions to my right or ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds, or other popular investments deemed to be complex. As an investor, one should understand the risk with any form of investments and have the rights to select all available public assets to invest in. Thank you.
