I will vote against any politician regardless of political affiliation who tries to stranglehold investments just because the can't have the power to control them. Any public servant for regulation of crypto will never get a vote from me or my collective circle.
You guys need to lay off the investing limitations. What a mess. The SEC just keeps helping the rich get richer. Seems like the agency is trying to expand the accredited investor rules... to helps the rich get richer. Leave crypto alone.
I am a small investors who does all research about investments I want to make. Crypto type investments are of interest to me and I want to decide whether to make these types of investments. I do NOT believe there is a need for restrictions - I can do my own research.
Individuals should maintain the right to choose the investments that they wish to pursue. Imposing regulations stymies innovation, entrepreneurship and wealth creation. Interest in Crypto is going to increase, and presents an opportunity for investors to increase their personal and retirement wealth. The more options available to investors, the better.
Regulators need to allow individual investors the ability to purchase leveraged securities as it is usually tagged to an actual index of securities. Focus on regulating crypto which is the largest risk to individual investors as it is backed by air, dreams, and greed and especially dangerous now that they are allowed in retirement accounts.
Investing in leveraged funds has allowed me to make significant gains towards retirement in my IRA and recapture my retirement goals that was destroyed by the 2008 housing crash. Without access to these type of leveraged funds I will have to resort to crypto currency type investments.
Please do not regulate crypto currencies. This is America and we will stand for freedom to keep government officials away from more and more regulations. This is the easiest way to exchange currency across the world. Please do not do this. We will fight for our freedom! Thank you
Leverage investment is a big part of my investing strategy. Why have a networth requirement to qualify on this investment option? It's not riskier than crypto or gambling. We just need a riskier asset to invest our money in. Leave it the way it is; make the expense ratio lower.
I am investing in an ETF that tracks the price of bitcoin as a hedge against inflation and a dollar that will weaken with continued deficit spending. Dont take away this option which allows me to play the crypto smarket without having to hold bitcoin itself. It would be an OUTRAGE to take this away.
FINRA and the sec are only here to protect large investors to become richer. This rule change and the fact that the sec approved a futures but not spot etf, enabling shorts is proof of that. This is why crypto is so important. It takes the power away from these corrupt officials and gives it back to the individual.
