I dont think its fair that if you come from wealth you are granted rights that someone like me (who happens to make life changing money)in crypto ) doesnt great the same rights! We live in [REDACTED]
Please don't be an paternalistic about what we can and can't elect to invest in. Leveraged funds, crypto ETFs, and other non traditional investments can be part of a balanced portfolio to mitigate black swan event risk and inflation.

If I can blow all my money on taxes and social security that will never come back to benefit me then I can invest in crypto.

Hey, don't take the rights away from retail investors that will remain with accredited investors. We deserve to be able to invest in leveraged ETFs and crypto funds without restrictions like a test, Do not impose this restriction on the retail investment community.
Do not put restrictions on the purchase of crypto coins, funds etc. I know the risks and so does everyone else investing in them and I and they are willing to accept the risks and don't need government regulations to "save" us, or "help" us, or restrict or limit us.
I use leveraged funds to managed my portfolio to reach my investment goals. Leveraged funds are safer and easier to understand that other levers like margin, options and crypto currencies. Please allow individual investors the option to invest in leveraged funds.
I would like to build my own investment strategies even if these are high risk. Unneeded regulation is not helpful. Please focus on clamping down on the rampant fraud in the crypto markets instead of harming honest investors who spend time planning their strategy.
Im asking the SEC as I do have a right of freedom to invest in crypto currency as much as I want and they do not have the right to put any kind of regulation into it. I vote against that SEC rule #S7-24-15 I oppose restrictions to my right to invest
Public should be able to make investment decision and not the regulator for cypto related investment to diversify the investment.
There should not be requirement to pass through special requirement to purchase crypto type securities public,
Hope public concern is taken into consideration for making decision.
