Government bureaucrats should stop running our lives. The US government protects and supports rich individuals and corporations. The gap between rich and poor has been increasing thanks to stupid regulations and the FEDs cheap money for rich. Get of our backs and let us run our lives. The new FINRA regulation of leveraged funds is unacceptable.
Do not pass more regulations. I am perfectly capable of understanding risk products including leveraged funds. I do not need FINRA Nanny State regulations nor do you have any constitutional authority to regulate the private individuals investing in the markets. It is highly disturbibg that you would consider taking away our right to invest in leveraged funds. It seems you want to keep the citizens of USA under control like communism. Stop assuming all retail investors are too stupid to understand leveraged funds. Please do not vote yes to limit leveraged funds for retail investors.
I strongly object to your proposal to limit my ability to invest in leveraged/inverse instruments. I am currently retired, age 85 & of sound mind & body. Leveraged products give investors unique exposure that other traditional investments dont. Without the use of leverage products the average investor may turn to even more riskier Investments like options and futures.
There is no risk buying leveraged funds as long as there is no margin involved. Especially for TQQQ. The long run performance is wonderful.
