I should be able to choose what investments are right for me and my family... you can provide the warnings so that I know what assets are riskier than others. I am capable of weighing those risks on my own.
I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST. I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks.

Comments: Funds of this nature do not act in a predatorial fashion. Clients are provided materials to educate themselves of the risk associated with them. It is of my opinion a restriction is not warranted, investors should have the ability to use them as fit for there investment objective.
I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like taking a test before I can invest in public securities. I am capable of understanding my investments and their risks.
Please allow me to make my own investment decisions. i use leveraged accounts as buffers to other investments. i am well versed and have been investing for 32 years. It's my risk and i'll bear the consequences
I have successfully traded leveraged and inverse funds for years now. I understand the risks and benefits. I find it counterproductive in a free society to have a government preventing investments that aid in leveraging an investment account to individuals who know how they trade.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my
investment strategies. Its hard to focus on one stock and its always better to buy leveraged ETF and minimize risk .Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
Dear Sirs: Please do not restrict investment options such as trading leveraged and inverse ETFs. These funds can be an important part of a diversified portfolio. Taking investment tools from the public can increase rather than decrease risk.
I do not approve of possible measures to bar individuals from investing in leveraged or inverse security. Grown adults have the obligation to understand the risk involved in financial transactions and should not be prevented from entering voluntarily into contracts by a paternalistic government.
