It is concerning that more and more opportunities for folks to invest and further their potential to build wealth are being shut down. If something is "too complex," then there should be more education to help people to better their lot, not just allow a select few to be able to take advantage of rigged systems to make money hand over fist.
This is an insult to my ability to make decision to invest the way I want in a free market economy. Please do not pass this restrictive and unprecedented restriction on my freedom to do what I see best with my money!

I invested in leverage ETFs for almost 4 years. I would not be able to reach my retirement goals without these products. I have already met all your proposed safeguards through Fidelitys control process, with the exception of a written test. Please have your legal team spend their time on more important issues. Your proposal is mostly redundant and an interference with innovation.

I support FINRA Regulatory Notice #22-08. Complex investment scheme should be limited as they're deemed to be highly risky for lay person. Greedy broker and fund investors take high commissions and fees while tricking people those funds are in high yield.
