Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment
strategies
I oppose any restrictions to my right to invest in any public investments. I am educated enough to understand the risk with leverage and inverse funds and I use it as hedge as a limited part of my overall portfolio. I make such decision - and not regulators - to make right investments for myself and my family without any imposed restrictions.
Why don't you regulate Congress and the Fed Board's ability to trade off their own policies before you worry about me.
I'm concerned that I won't be able to increase my family's ability to invest in 2x, 3x, and even 4x funds. They are about the only game in town for individual investors who don't want to mess with the games of options trading. They take no more time to learn to use than any other type of investing. AND, YES, I DO know what I'm talking about. I

Do not remove or hamper my ability to utilize any means of investing that I deem to be to my best interest. Regulating individuals simply strengthens large investors at the expense of small investors. Leveraged funds can be used to hedge in times of financial uncertainty. There are already adequate disclaimers about the risks involved with leveraged funds available.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am an individual investor to stock market in US, and part of my portfolio is consisted of leveraged ones. I like this measure, for it is good way to invest more than available cash or other asset and provide me opportunity to get better result. Please do not restrict this opportunity and let me keep doing what I have been for 10+ years.
Waiting for good news
I am opposed to the banning of inverse funds. It is the major way I have as a small investor to "bet against" certain moves in the market (like today's market) and avoid the greater risk of investing in futures which would require putting more money at risk
I invest in funds like these and am opposed to restricting them. I think investing is a good way to secure one future. Yet it is easier to throw your money away gambling than to invest. For this reason I am totally against this regulation.
Its important to continue to allow innovative financial solutions like leveraged assets. I feel this type of asset is of lesser risk than many other asset options. Ie individual low quality stocks, SPACs and options contracts.
Freedom of the markets should not be taken. Please dont do this.
