I am opposed to restrictions to my right to invest in any public investment. If the vehicle is public it needs to be available to the investing public and not restricted in a way that favors a privileged group. Every individual investor, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that make sense for them and their families. Furthermore, public investments should be available to ALL of the public, not just the privileged investor.
It is disturbing that more and more regulations are being imposed on everyday

I have immense issue with the proposed changes to certain investments moving forward. I strongly believe that I not any regulator should be able to make decisions on what investments I put my money into. Please do not regulate what I do to invest my own money. Leveraged and/or inverse funds can be used responsibly in investment strategies, including being useful hedges to protect against downside risk.
