This proposed regulatory statute is draconian, and unnecessary. Crypto currencies pose far more risk to the uninitiated investor, and they should not be regulated either.

Hello, I understand the risk that I am taking with my investment in cryptocurrency funds! It is my right to do that and I can handle my investments how I see fit.
There is no reason to treat inverse and leveraged ETFs different than any other investment. All investments have risk and the individual needs to do their own research.
Please let us alone. There are too many laws, and it's not your place to "protect" us like this. Life has risks, investing is one of them.
Leveraged and inverse funds are essential to my investing strategy. I fully understand the risks of these bear and bull types of funds. I should be able to choose these types of investments and not regulators.
I fully understand that leveraged investments can cause a great loss in value should its price go down. I believe I should be allowed to take that risk if I choose to.
Comments:I am a responsible user of leveraged financial products and would like to continue to do so. The Companies whose products I use are very thorough in explaining the Risk.
being able to inverse into leveraged and inverse fund actually helps me limit my risk as I can more easily hedge other position that I have (or have not) in the market.
I didn't go to war for the US Army to have regulators here tell me I am assuming more risk than I am trained to take with MY money.
We the investors should be freely able to invest in the funds we choose to. We do not need the government to tell us what we are and are not comfortable taking a risk in.
