I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you me.Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. Im capable of making the decisions necessary to purchase leveraged and inverse funds as I deem necessary for my portfolios.
Why would the ability to access leverage in a safe way be taken away from individual investors?

It is important to allow retail investors to select what investments they make, including leveraged and inverse funds. They offer interesting opportunities and heading capabilities.
Please allow the use of leveraged and inverse etfs as those investments provide a means of hedging other investments in my portfolio. In addition those etfs have short-term profit-making potential.
