I have 25+ years of experience of investing in different types of securities including creation of my own complex investments. I strongly oppose the idea of restriction of trading of complex products.
Do not restrict retail investors.
I only own one of the ProShares leveraged funds -- AGQ. It is less than 1% of the total value of that portfolio and is used primarily as a hedge and is at most a very minimal speculation. I oppose any regulations that would disallow my ability to trade this type of security.
Limits on my investments are truly a threat to the fabric of economics and the American dream, I oppose them wholeheartedly
America is a free Nation, as long as it is not illegal. The everyday citizens should not have any regulations imposed any different than anyone elses investments of any kind.
I should have the right to determine my own financial future and invest in any lawful endeavor without government restrictions. The investment opportunities should be available to every person without any conditions. There should be no process or test administered by regulators to determine an individual's investing competence.
I strongly oppose regulators restricting my right to invest. I am free to choose! I am sick & tired of tyrants constantly trying to suppress our freedoms. We are a free people given our freedoms by GOD ALMIGHTY!
Being able to purchase what I would like to is much like freedom of speech. This is a basic right, please leave this alone. Thanks
