I've been investing in leveraged ProFunds for more than 20 years and am extremely happy with my investments. I'm more dismayed by the fact that some brokers do not have an agreement to purchase many of the ProFunds which forces me to transfer assets to another broker in order to purchase said funds. Kindly leave my ability to invest as I like and stay out regulating leveraged/
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest.
I should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for me and my family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds
and their risks. Regulators I do not need these restrictive
measures imposed on me. I am retired and I can guide my
financial affairs myself quite easily

To let people gamble at a casino, or worse buy a lottery ticket, but not allow people to choose there own investments is oppressive. Let people choose for themselves they are smarter than you think!

Do not restrict us from buying instruments such as ETFs.. These provide protection in down markets.. Govt please stay out of our stock business.
I need to retain my right to choose the public investments I believe are good for me and my family. I shouldn't have to go through any special requirements to allow me to invest.
I should freely be able to choose how I invest my hard earned monies. Bank interest is ridiculous. There is no reason to have a savings account.
To try to keep up with inflation a trading account is a better option. With all the volatility, I think it is smart to use the inverse and leveraged funds.
If I want to retire from physically working I need other options and at my age buy and hold does
Emerging market and high yield bond bonds are needed for diversified account.
