People make a choice when investing their money. They do not need a babysitter telling them what they can or cannot invest in.
This country is headed the wrong way when EVERYONE is not allowed to invest to better their futures. This is another big money grab to make the rich richer and make the poor a slave labor class.
Regarding tentative changes to investors using or thinking of utilizing leveraged or inverse funds, I humbly request that FINRA leave things as they are and not impose regulations barring use of these funds to "retail" investors. I oppose to restrictions
on my right to invest in public investments. We live in a free country where we have the right to conduct any legal business activity and we have the right to choose where we want to put our investment, NO ONE, even the gov, has the right to ban our rights to invest, is this a Capitalist country? ok, so let us do capitalist investments where we want to.
Please stop trying to tell us what we can and can not do. We do not know enough to control our own destiny. Please stop trying to have government in control of our lives. It is not your privilege or responsibility to utilize or control the use of any type of currency. Currency was created for the people and not for any government agency to perform acts of greed and control to keep people from acquiring a livelihood and financial freedom through another agency that can actually be trusted and make gains to promote such activities.
