Leveraged Mutual Funds have been incredibly useful to grow my assets. I would like to continue using that as one of my investment options.
Do not restrict my ability to invest in public securities. This needs to be available to everyone and not just the rich elite.

I strongly believe in freedom of trading/investing. There is not much knowledge to have about inverse and other complex ETFs...I dont know how regulators can think this poses risk to public. What poses the risk is limitation of choices for investors. The less choice, the less opportunity to hedge and more losses as a result. For this reason, i ask regulators not to enact this regulation.

They are already subject to the normal securities-disclosure requirements, and to burden them with further restrictions would run counter to the fundamental premises of our securities laws. So long as disclosure requirements are met, there should be no impediment to investing -- investors should be free to decide for themselves on the
