I'm an adult and I don't need the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority restricting access to funds. I know the risk and it's my money.
I oppose restrictions to my right to invest. As long as the fund clearly inform the investors how it works, the risk is up to the investors, not to the regulators.
As we approach the end of the first quarter of 2024, FINRA’s Cyber and Analytics Unit (CAU) proactively warns member firms of continuing social engineering campaigns involving fraudulent representations of individuals purporting to be FINRA representatives. As with many types of social engineering campaigns, threat actors may use website domain names (sites) that are similar to FINRA.org (e.g., Finra-latam.org, finra.world, finra.eu), fraudulently use FINRA’s logo or purport to be legitimate FINRA employees. These domains and individuals are not associated with FINRA.
The ability to buy leveraged and inverse funds helps me to reduce risk. It is inappropriate for regulators to take away an easy access to such "tools".
We should have the rights to invested in the leveraged etf which gave us the leverage. We are aware of the risk we are taking.

I use leveraged funds regularly to manage risks and hedge my portfolio. Access to leveraged funds should be choice and not up to government to decide.
As long as people understand the risk then let people decide what to invest in. Government should not be interfering what the little guy can invest in.
My goal is to diversify my portfolio. Investing in the cryptocurrency arena is another strategy in which I can balance my portfolio, with the understanding of the potential risks.
