Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged, even if those investments are leveraged.
In my opinion they're incredibly important for retirees who need to ride out bear markets while using leverage to raise cash for living expenses.

Investment vehicles should not be limited to the wealthy or accredited. Access should be available to everyone. I do not support the proposed restrictions on access to leveraged and inverse funds. Please keep the markets open to all.

I have not found them to present risks that jeopardize my investments when managed properly in proportion and with balance to my other investments. It is my choice to invest my money. If Congress and the Senate eliminate their ability to trade stocks, options and any other financial instruments. I will gladly give up my right to trade inverse funds.
