We not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

Every time you turn around, we are getting taxed more and more and being restricted all because of the incompetence of the government, more so because of the Democrats. I have 25+ years of experience of investing in different types of securities including creation of my own complex investments. I strongly oppose the idea of restriction of trading of complex products.

I only own one of the ProShares leveraged funds -- AGQ. It is less than 1% of the total value of that portfolio and is used primarily as a hedge and is at most a very minimal speculation. I oppose any regulations that would disallow my ability to trade this type of security.
