It poses a severe threat towards market fairness. It's like locking people in home because of Flu. Retail traders or investors should be able to freely choose whatever products that fit their trading strategies. Finance is NOT only for the rich or the privileged. We know what leveraged funds are. Also, the liquidity will be severely affected if passed.

The only way to get out of this reacquiring nightmare of the central bank is decentralized currency backed by gold and silver.
I oppose putting limitations on our ability to invest in public securities. We should be allowed to invest in leveraged and inverse securities as we always have been .
Since when are the people being restricted as to what they can invest in.
Restrictions on younger and less wealthy investors are anti American as they block access to life building wealth who those that need it.
