This is poorly conceived. I should be the sole determiner of what I invest my funds in. There is NO LEGITIMATE REASON to regulate my ability to invest in whatever legal assets I choose. I do not need to pass a test, get 3rd party approval or regulatory approval to decide what to invest my own funds in.
Hands off my investment decisions!!!
Everyone should be allowed to invest whatever they want without someone telling them they can't.
Please do not restrict the ability to purchase "complex" securities to wealthy individuals. That is essentially restricting our freedom to influence and gain exposure to the public markets. I believe that a statement outlining potential risks before purchasing would be a good idea for any investment so that people know what they are buying, but they should still be allowed to

JoseI strongly oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments.
I not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for me and my family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.

Retail traders or investors should be able to freely choose whatever products that fit their trading strategies. Finance is NOT only for the rich or the privileged. We know what leveraged funds are. Also, the liquidity will be severely affected if passed.
It's our money. We should be able to invest it however we see fit.
If you regulate this people like me who maybe able to invest 5.00 at a time will never have a chance to get ahead or even have a retirement period. No regulations.
I oppose limitations on the ability to buy funds.
