I OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST ON LEVERAGED INVESTMENTS
I, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, like leveraged
passing this regulation would seriously limit the free market and is simply not right.
Please preserve my rights to choose the investments that are right fire me. I fully understand leveraged and inverse funds and use them continually to out pace the market with my investments. What more can I say!

I have a very modest portfolio of funds for my retirement and over the past ten years, the use of leveraged funds has benefited me greatly so that my retirement dreams may finally come true. I have a salary that would have otherwise not allowed me to retire.

Please do not ban the sake of these leveraged products. The individual investor wants to be in control of their own decisions and these products are helpful to hedge.
