anyone who buys leverage etfs should be advised by their broker that their is risk but it is a good investment i love leverage but you need to know what you are doing please do not ban this i like taking on risks but i have strategies besides options which are way more risky
I oppose this rule. This is just another way to protect Wall Street and suppress retail investors. Retail investors have more than enough FREE information and support to understand any investment strategy.
Stop these stupid rules now!!!!
Please leave leveraged funds alone and please don't require retail investor to jump through hoops in order to invest in leverage funds.
Those of us who invest in leverage funds understand the risks; in fact, it's why we sought them out in the first place. We are seeking higher risk in exchange for higher returns. It's really that simple. Leverage funds are really

Power will also shift from individuals to major institutions who are able to meet proposed measures. These institutions will then have even more power against common investors. Leverage will not go
Stop meddling in private business. Our government has made.a mess of our country .by doing things just like this and we,the citizens of the U.S., are sick of regulations that are not in the interests of the people.
America is a free country founded on the principles of liberty. It is not governments role or authority to govern where citizens invest. Leveraged an inverse funds offer portfolio hedging that is otherwise difficult to obtain via standard trading accounts.
As a college-educated citizen of the United States, I am capable of understanding the investments Im interested in and their risks. These measures are unnecessarily restrictive and will harm people more than they help. I - not regulators - should be able to choose the right investments for my goals and public investments should be kept public.
I oppose these proposed regulations because I already have full access to information about the risks of inverse and leveraged funds and further federal gatekeeping is not needed or welcome. Especially in markets that reflect the heavy hand of the Federal Reserve investors ought not be barred from protecting their own financial interests with a full range of investment tools.
