Regulating what I invest in is probably Unconstitutional. I have invested in leveraged and inverse funds for years. I know exactly what I am getting into when I make these investments. The real reason you want to regulate what I invest in has nothing to do with protecting me. It has everything to do with large investors protecting themselves in some shape or form.
Do not interfere with DIREXION Funds. They provide an invaluable service for market choice.

I strongly oppose the proposed regulation limiting investment afforded ordinary investors. The proposed regulation would severely inhibit my ability to hedge and thereby protect my life's savings against adverse economic events. Events that in recent history have become common place. Further, with it becoming blatantly obvious that significant inflation is very much upon us, being able
