I don't need you to further encroach on what has been a successful approach to wealth creation by adding extra and over-reaching restrictions and requirements like tests, net worth measures, cooling off periods and broker approvals. I have been using Leveraged ETFs for about 13 years and have not had an issue on understanding this product and I am a retailer investor. I think the companies have plenty of info on their website to understand the product. If not there is google to better understand it. I dont see the need to restrict access to these products. Maybe a notice to read more info about it should suffice.
This is unnecessary regulation. Seasoned investors already understand the process.

WE SHOULD HAVE THE SAME RIGHT TO INVEST AS ANY OF THE PRIVILEDGED FEW HAVE !
