Investors should have the autonomy invest in whichever assets they like. Inverse leveraged funds are a beneficial investment strategy during periods when the Federal Reserve raises interest rates. It is blasphemy that investors would be limited from investing in this type of asset.
Dear FINRA,
Please allow retail investors to continue investing in leverage and inverse ETFs. I understand the risks however they also allow me to hedge against uncertainties in the market. I think retail investors should have the same advantages as the market makers. Thank you for talking the time to read my comment.
I oppose any and all of the proposed regulations.
I should be allowed to choose the public investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged, elite. I understand the risks

I would like to have the liberty to continue to use leveraged funds and investments at my discretion. I oppose restrictions on my rights to invest in public investments.

In excess. I receive enough papers to heat my home every winter, all consisting of disclosures, warnings,
I don't require a nanny to "help" me invest and I'm pretty sick and tired of the government trying to protect me from myself. I've used leveraged ETFs since 2006. They're a vital, yet minuscule part of my portfolio, both enhancing my return and protecting me from catastrophe.
