Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. They help me hedge my investments.
Stop restricting Americans abilities to have a successful financial future. You don't restrict us from failing so don't restrict us from successes, know your place.
Please don't restrict the securities that smaller traders like I can access and trade. Bigger players already have too many advantages, restricting access will only give them more. I really don't need regulators to protect me from myself!
I dont want government control over my private and personal investment.
What makes free markers is the ability for everyone to invest
on equal basis without discrimination or creating barriers of entry under assumption of complexity or lack of education.
Current disclosure contain sufficient information on risk associated with investing, additionally there are plenty of educational material already available on "complex" investment strategies,
While I agree with regulators trying to protect investors, denying only certain investors access to certain investments is a step further in the wrong direction. Regulators and government need to start enforciing the current laws and regulations more fairly and less selectively, and more quickly, than we are seeing today.
