Investors should invest in what they want to invest in. They know the risks. It's simple. Especially in index ETF's

I'm completely disagree with this regulations that limit my freedom to buy Funds, even if it is a risk, that I complete understand.
I know that leveraged ETFs are risky but we understand the risk. I enjoy having choice and diversity in my investments.

Do not do this. The risks are apparent to every adult trader and this path goes against the spirit & freedom of the market.
The same opportunities and strategies should be available to the general public as long as everyone is made aware of the particular risks of any investment strategy

I strongly oppose regulation of any investment vehicle no matter the perceived risk. This is an investors decision and need not be infringed upon.
