I think I need those rights to buy leveraged and inverse funds.
WE SHOULD HAVE THE SAME RIGHT TO INVEST AS ANY OF THE PRIVILEDGED FEW HAVE !

I am urging you to not limit my ability to participate in any public investment by requiring me to meet increased requirements such as a high net worth, passing special exams, permission from a broker, etc. It is not hard to understand how leveraged and inverse funds work so please dont impose any more restrictions. These funds, although a limited part of my portfolio allow me to protect
Many of these products are tools that enable ordinary investors to invest with reduced risk, lower cost and greater safety. They make investment strategies available to all that were previously restricted to the large, the very wealthy and the powerful.
I oppose restrictions to my rightto invest!
Please, do not take away my freedom to choose how to invest my money. Also, please, do not forget we are in America, and we should not start restricting peoples freedom like China, Russia, and even the European Union. If there is a problem with the education people have when investing in these types of assets, then let's improve that! Taking away freedoms does not resolve the problem!
