I opose restrictions on my rights to invest. We have more than enough government regulations already. The government does such a poor job with anything and everything they touch. Leave this alone.

I oppose to the restricting of what I can or cannot invest in with my hard earned money. I manage my own retirement accounts and have done well with leveraging positive and negative ETFs. Sometimes to a 4 to 6 times increase. I am well aware of the risks I take and I shouldn't be limited based on my net worth or lack of "formal" education.

I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. Im more than capable of analyzing risk and choosing what investment opportunities to pursue. Government agencies should not restrict investment opportunities or make access to them more difficult through needless testing, cooling off periods, or be forced to explain my understanding of the investment and the associated risks.
