I oppose to additional restrictions to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding the risks and limit my exposure accordingly, and believe others investing in such funds do too. It is in fact easier to use these funds than trying to achieve the same results by myself.

Limiting investment into certain leverage funds in cryptocurrency tracking funds and futures such as BITO to just wealthy individuals is not equitable nor fair. Also forcing individuals that are currently invested in it to divest from it at the bottom of the market as the market has been trending down would not be in the best interest of American investors.
