This is silly. Adults can make their own choices to buy or not to buy certain types of investments. l rarely buy leveraged funds, but I DO on occasion, and I do not want my right to buy them to be subject to some regulation that regulators think I need to protect me. I protect myself by reading up on investments before buying them.
I want to be able to choose my investments, not some beurcrat.

It is the right of every citizen to be able to choose their own investments. It is insulting to have to get approval, tested to make an investment.The last thing needed is more goverment control in our lives.

Sometimes waiting for funds to settle means missing out on a trade due to the 2 day wait period.
