Not your place to keep Americans from investing in product they wish to. Unfair playing field. Big money against small investors.
People should have the right to freely invest their own money in public investments without government interference. Part of living in a supposedly free country is the right to do as we please with our own money and this includes making mistakes. Imposing tests, wealth checks, and forcing you to go through a broker is closing off these opportunities to all but the wealthy and the privileged, and

I don't think it's right. We should, as the people of this democracy, be able to purchase anything to do with stock trading, including crypto. This is not right!!!!

Rules “enhancements” means more rules. My broker make it very clear this was a very high risk investment. I was required to sign approximately 4 different documents that I had never had to sign before in 35 years of investing. I know exactly what I own and don’t need extra protections.
